InternLaunch

A resume editor and outreach tool for software internships.

Edit your resume right on the page, tailor it to a job description, then write to real recruiters and engineers. The AI only works from facts you gave it, and you send every email yourself.

Free to use. No account needed to start.

Six templates
Five are single-column and ATS-safe. The sixth is labelled as not.
Measured pages
The page count and margins you see on screen are the ones in the PDF.
Flagged numbers
Any figure in an AI rewrite that you didn't write is marked before you can keep it.
Real contacts only
People come from a contact database, the company's own site and public job boards. We never guess a careers@ address.

Edit directly on the page

Click any line on your resume and type. The form beside it stays in sync, and every change can be undone.

  • Start from what you have. Import a PDF or Word file, paste your LinkedIn text, pull in GitHub projects, or begin from a blank page or an example.
  • Tailor it to a job. Paste a description to see which skills you already show and which you don't.
  • Download what you see. The PDF has the same pages and margins as the screen.

A checklist of habits recruiters look for. It is not a prediction of any company's ATS score.

Sample data about an invented person. The page is rendered by the same engine as the studio.

Six templates, one engine

Every template draws from the same data, so switching never loses anything and click-to-edit works in all of them. Each one says whether it parses reliably in applicant tracking systems.

An illustration of the real review step.

Rewrites that don't invent numbers

Ask for a stronger bullet and the assistant rewrites it from what you wrote. If a figure appears that isn't in your resume, it's flagged before you can accept it.

Suggestions are never applied without your say, every edit can be undone, and when a bullet needs a number the assistant asks you for it. Your name goes on the resume, so the facts have to be yours.

Write to people, not to a portal

Look up a company and see the people you can write to and the internships it has open. Each result says where it came from, and we never guess an address. Pick a person and you get five drafts built from your own projects, which you open in your mail app and send yourself.

Then keep track of who you wrote to and what happened next. The pipeline tells you when a follow-up is due, and it is a plain table that lives in your browser.

Illustration. The company and the people are made up.

Free to write. Pay for outreach.

There is no subscription and nothing renews. One credit writes five messages for one person and unlocks their email address. Credits don't expire, rewrites are free, and a failed generation returns your credit automatically.

Questions

Is the resume studio really free?

Yes. Building, editing, importing and downloading your resume as a PDF is free, and you don't need an account to start. The AI features (rewriting bullets, tailoring to a job, the assistant) are free too, with fair-use limits that are higher once you sign in. You only pay for credits if you want to write outreach messages.

Will my resume pass ATS screening?

Nobody can honestly promise that, because every company configures its applicant tracking system differently. What we can do is make sure the basics are right: our default templates are single-column with real text and standard headings, which parse reliably. The readiness score is a checklist of good habits (contact details, action verbs, measurable results), not a prediction of any real ATS score.

Does the AI make things up?

It is instructed not to invent experience, tools or numbers, and we double-check its output: any number in a rewrite that you never wrote is flagged so you can remove it unless it's true, and every outreach message is checked for filler phrases, stray links and placeholders before you see it. Suggestions are shown for you to review before they replace your text, and every AI edit can be undone. You're still the author, so read everything before you send it.

Where do the people and email addresses come from?

Not from an AI guessing names. A lookup uses three kinds of source: the company's own website (the hiring addresses it publishes and the job board it links to), public job boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby (for the roles that are open), and a professional contact database for named people with work email addresses. Every contact shows how reliable the address is: verified, found online, published on the company's website, or a pattern guess. If we can't find a real person we say so and give you search links and likely address formats, instead of inventing someone or guessing a careers@ address.

Why is an email address hidden until I spend a credit?

Addresses from our contact database cost us money to look up, so they stay masked (like p•••@company.com) until you spend a credit on that person. You see their name, title and how reliable the address is first, so you aren't paying blind. Addresses a company publishes itself, such as a careers inbox on its own website, are always shown in full.

Do you send emails on my behalf?

No. We write the drafts; you choose to open them in Gmail, Outlook or your mail app and send them yourself, from your own address, after you've edited them.

Will cold emailing actually get me a reply?

Nobody can honestly promise a reply. What helps is writing to one relevant person, keeping it short, saying something specific you built, asking one small question, and following up once or twice. Those are the habits the drafts are built around. Whether someone replies depends on the company, the timing and you.

What happens to my data?

Your resume is saved in your browser, and in your account if you sign in. To use AI features, the relevant text is sent to Google's Gemini API. If you opt in under "Help improve our AI", we also store your prompts and results with emails, phone numbers and profile links removed. That's off by default and you can turn it off at any time, which deletes what we stored. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do credits work?

One credit writes a full set for one person: two emails, a LinkedIn note and two follow-ups. If that person's email address came from our contact database, the same credit unlocks it. Rewriting any message afterwards is free. New accounts start with 5 credits, you can top up from ₹49, and credits don't expire. If a generation fails, your credit is returned automatically.

Start with the resume.

It takes a few minutes, it's free, and you don't need an account.
